To enhance the influence of potential research outcomes, the USG has implemented an open access model that ensures immediate and unrestricted global access to all published articles. To facilitate this initiative and to cover operational and technical costs, such as online hosting, the development and maintenance of electronic tools, peer review management systems, journal production, archiving, and securing inclusion in indexing databases an Article Processing Charge (APC) of $750 will be applied for article publication. Nevertheless, the USG is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder open access publication and will evaluate requests for discounts or waivers of the APC on an individual basis.
